Tony Zehring

Current Responsibilities:

Tony is responsible for leading Advocate Rx Solutions’ Western Regional Team. Along with personally maintaining long-term relationships and establishing new client pharmacy relationships, Tony also guides the efforts of Sales and Recruiting Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, Administrative Support Personnel, Pharmacy Management Consultants, and field associates including staff pharmacists and technicians working at client facilities.

Background experience:

Tony joined Advocate Rx Solutions as the Director of Staffing in 2005. In this time, he has carefully developed and built the Western Regional Team to continually serve as a premier employer of pharmacy professionals and primary service provider for pharmacy interim management, staffing, and recruiting.

Prior to coming aboard with Advocate Rx, Tony has served in the capacity of Vice President and Director with other notable firms. From his prior experience, Tony possesses several years’ experience as a hiring manager, understanding successful methods toward identifying successful candidates, along with taking the lead role in fulfilling his clients’ needs.
