Temporary Employment
This type of placement allows you to work around your current schedule and choose the assignments that best suits your needs. Earn additional money while keeping all of your clinical and practice-setting skills sharp.
Temp to Hire
Even with today’s comprehensive interview process, at some point most of us have taken a job we later regret. With our Temp-to-Hire program, you can ‘try out’ the position before committing to it. Is the corporate culture right for you? Will you enjoy working with your new team? If you decide the job isn’t what you want permanently, you still have the option of working for the client as a temp.
Direct Hire
The best jobs are never advertised. Give us your parameters: What practice setting are you seeking? What schedule would work with your lifestyle? What geographic location makes sense? What is your salary range? We’ll do the searching for you.
Interim Directors of Pharmacy and Project Managers
Advocate Rx Solutions has a steady stream of clients looking for an advanced skill set. If you have experience as a former pharmacy director in a medium or large–sized hospital, or have specialized skills, we can help. Assignments vary from three to 12 months for the following types of projects:
Optimization of purchasing and supply chain relationships in place for the pharmacy
Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract adherence to ensure the best drug costs are procured and any rebates available are maximized for the pharmacy
Clinical programs to reduce pharmaceutical utilization costs
Performance improvement programs to ensure patient safety and interdepartmental operations efficiency
Drug usage evaluation to meet and exceed accreditation standards
Adverse drug reaction and medication error oversight programs
Operational assistance, oversight, and training to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, The Joint Commission requirements, and state and federal regulations
Assurance of continuing and uninterrupted pharmacy leadership through staffing changes and especially during the eventual transition to a permanent manager
These management responsibilities require extensive knowledge and leadership experience. If you have both, we can help.
